Little Joys is a small, independently owned boutique and studio in Penticton, BC. We carefully select the brands and products we carry with a focus on quality, comfort, thoughtful design and pieces we genuinely love for families.
If you have a question about an order, sizing, product availability or anything else, please reach out. We’re always happy to help and want you to feel good about your purchase.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to love what you bring home from Little Joys.
Regular-priced merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase with the original receipt. Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in their original condition with all tags and packaging attached.
Sale, clearance and final-sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. For hygiene reasons, certain items such as socks, undergarments and other personal-use products may also be final sale.
Footwear must be returned unworn and in its original packaging. We recommend trying shoes on indoors on a clean surface before deciding to keep them.
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Gift purchases may be exchanged or returned for store credit.
If an item is defective, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help make it right.
SHIPPING & ONLINE ORDERS
Online orders are carefully packed and shipped from our boutique in Penticton, BC. Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and destination. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Local pickup is available at Little Joys Boutique & Studio in Penticton. You’ll receive an email when your order is ready for pickup. Please wait for your pickup confirmation before coming to the boutique.
We do our best to ensure every order arrives safely. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or is missing an item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos so we can help.
For online returns, items must meet our regular return requirements and be requested within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Little Joys is not responsible for shipping delays once an order has been transferred to the carrier, but if you experience an issue with your delivery, please reach out and we’ll do our best to help.
Please note: As a small independent boutique, our online and in-store inventory is shared. On rare occasions, an item may sell in-store before our online inventory updates. If this happens, we’ll contact you promptly and issue a full refund for the unavailable item.
PRIVACY & SAFETY
Your privacy matters to us. Personal information collected through purchases, inquiries, bookings or our website is used only to provide our services, process transactions and communicate with you when requested.
Payment information is processed securely through our payment providers, and Little Joys does not store your full credit card information.
We will never sell or share your personal information for unrelated marketing purposes.
Because Little Joys is also a photography studio, photographs or video of customers and their children will never be used for promotional purposes without permission. Participation in photography, model calls or commercial campaigns is always subject to separate consent and, where applicable, a model release.
BOUTIQUE & STUDIO
Little Joys is both a retail boutique and a working photography studio. At times, portions of the studio may be closed to the public during private sessions or commercial productions.
Photography sessions, model calls and studio services are separate from retail purchases and are subject to their own booking agreements, cancellation policies and photography contracts.
Children are very welcome at Little Joys. We simply ask that children remain supervised by their accompanying adult while visiting the boutique and studio.
PAYMENT METHODS
We accept major credit and debit cards and other payment methods available through our in-store and online checkout.
All prices are listed in Canadian dollars and applicable taxes will be added at checkout.
Gift cards purchased from Little Joys may be used according to the terms provided at the time of purchase.
